A private estate is a fenced in block of approx. 700 sites which will be allocated to a church or organization who will allocate graves to their members.

This is a private site which will be fenced off for a specific family. Family plots come in various sizes. The smallest have 6 grave sites and the largest go up to 15 grave sites. 3 coffins can be buried in one grave site.

It’s a cost saving per grave and would require only one headstone for the whole family. Your whole family have a final resting place together and family can visit in privacy. Visiting the family in one place is easier. You can also save by getting one headstone for the family (as an option). Also there is a cost saving per grave on family packages. Make your family plot special.

24/7 -Armed Security Guards will patrol the entire cemetery. State of the art access control at the main site. A perimeter wall and electric fencing with alarms, electronic beams, dog patrols at night, and panic and alarm buttons throughout the memorial park.

A Trust Fund will be created whereby a portion of the Grave Site Funds will be deposited in a Trust Account. Which will be invested and managed by the Management Company, Trustees and a firm of Auditors. Dividends from the invested capital amount, rental from the buildings, church and halls, burials and various other sources will cover the maintenance.

Every day during the week from 8:00 to 18:00, Weekends and Public Holidays from 9:00 until 17:00.

There will be several Undertakers offices and showrooms. A shop to purchase flowers and ornaments for the grave sites. A café with a tea garden and play area. A mortuary with a qualified mortician. A large chapel and 2 reception halls. Ablutions at various points in the park.

You are free to use any Undertaker.

No, you can register your family and get an access membership card.

The Unitas Memorial Management Company will be maintaining the Park in Perpetuity (forever). Consisting of Directors from the leaders in the community- Chamber Of Commerce, Burial Society, Town Council and Council of the Churches.
