CHURCH ESTATE

Our main aim is to turn this Memorial Park into a Garden of Eden with trees lining the roads and flower gardens everywhere. Our forests will be home to several small animals and birds, giving them a safe sanctuary. The ponds will attract indigenous ducks and birds. There will be ample ablution and water point facilities. All roads will have markings and sign boards will be erected for easy navigation. The public will also be encouraged to support and contribute.

PRIVATE CEMETERY CONSISTS OF:

  • 50 private family plots x 6 graves each
  • 9 private family plots x 12 graves each
  • 4 private family plots x 21 grave each
  • 238 standard graves
  • 28 lawn graves
  • A wall of remembrance for past and future members
  • One of the private family plots could be used as a children’s section

Smaller churches can opt for a smaller cemetery having 323 grave sites.

Smaller than this members can be accommodated in a non- denominational Christian cemetery, each with their own section within.

Each church to choose the size of their own private cemetery site according to the size of their congregation.
A limited time will be given for site reservations.
First come first serve.

CHURCH ESTATE - SITE PLAN

OPTIONS

  • Those who can afford to pay cash will receive a certificate of ownership and will not be liable for any admin fees, levies or interest.
  • Those who are paying off their sites over a period of 12 months can do so interest free.
  • Those who opted for a long-term finance package will be liable for interest and admin charges.
  • All agreements to be coupled to their existing Funeral policies or Life policies.
  • Those who do not have adequate policies we will arrange compatible rates for them.
  • All funerals need to be reported to the main office who will arrange an access code for the undertaker and mourners.
  • This will allow a speedy access through the main gate.
  • No person may be buried in a Private Estate without consent of the church unless they have a valid certificate.
  • The church may also purchase sites for future use or for investment.
  • Grave site prices will escalate by 10% per annum.
  • Any members of the congregation may purchase any number of grave sites ( if available) as an investment but would only be able to sell them to other members of the congregation.
  • Members may also invest in the Conventional grave section that can be sold to anyone at any given time. Members can also purchase a site/s for their pets in the Pet memorial Park.
